What does Nutrition Therapy involve?
Nutrition Therapy involves a number of interventions which may include keeping a diary of what you eat for a short period of time, education about different foods and the effects they may have on your body, be that positive or negative, and suggestions regarding foods which may better assist you to achieve your treatment goals.
Nutrition Therapy can also include the recommendation of supplements such as vitamins to enhance your treatment results.
